Coconut Butter, organic

This is a beautiful, creamy and aromatic coconut butter.  

IMPORTANT FOR 1L PLASTIC JAR: this product is blended whole coconut meat and is separated into oil and solid layers. You must gently warm this product for a few hours and then stir carefully and thoroughly.  Let it set in the fridge and then store it at room temperature.  It will resist separation if kept at or below room temperature.

DO NOT HEAT ON A STOVE, OR WITH BOILING WATER.

The glass jars come premixed, but may also be warmed in a warm water bath to loosen the butter making it softer and easier to use.  If you heat to much, it will liquify.
