Ever since visiting S.E. Asia I have dreamt of jackfruit. Fresh is so hard to find in NS, dried is very hard and lacking the beautiful texture, but this canned version remembers the wonderful flavour if missing some of that beautiful chewy flesh. A nice alternative from a great company.
