When we run out of our own home grown Rosemary, we source from Organic Connections Ltd in Ontario. They are a great, environmentally responsible company and I rely on them for quality and freshness. Organic Rosemary Leaf is the whole leaf, stored in a dark, cool, and oxygen free environment to retain its goodness.
Unless you are using it whole in pickling, teas, soups, or brining, you will need an electric grinder or mortar and pestle to use it.
