This is a beautiful, creamy and aromatic coconut butter.
IMPORTANT: this product is blended whole coconut meat and is separated into oil and solid layers. You must gently warm this product for a few hours and then stir carefully and thoroughly. Let it set in the fridge and then store it at room temperature. It will resist separation if kept at or below room temperature.
DO NOT HEAT ON A STOVE, OR WITH BOILING WATER.
