Quinoa, organic, black and red

Tootsi Impex’s Organic Black & Red Quinoa Mix combines black and red grain crops grown for their edible seeds. Black and red quinoa cooks in a classic 2:1 ratio, but benefits from an overnight soak and cooked 1:1 with soaked quinoa. Cooked  red and black quinoa is fluffy and seedy in texture, nutty and earthy in flavour, and a little more fibrous than its white counter part.
