This Thai Red Jasmine Rice sourced from Tootsi Impex is an aromatic whole, long-grain rice. An un milled rice, it has a full texture and nice rosy colouring when cooked. The flavour is deep and nutty with notes of jasmine. I like to add a little extra water to this one and cook it a bit longer to make it good, plump and soft.
